A Peters Township School District spokeswoman announced that all Peters Township schools will be dismissed 45 minutes early Friday. Jan. 25.

High school students will be dismissed at 1:40 p.m.; middle school students at 2:15 p.m.; and elementary students at 2:45 p.m.

"Parents should be aware that we anticipate longer than normal bus rides and while specific arrival tiems may be hard to predict, students may be arriving home earlier than normal. Staff members will remain at the schools with car riders until all students are picked up," according to a news release.

In addition, due to winter weather conditions, all evening activities, practices, games and trips have been canceled, including the Bower Hill Family Game Night.
