Firehouse Subs Presents Grant to Peters Township Fire Department

The grant was officially given at the McMurray eatery Wednesday.

On Wednesday, the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation formally recognized the Peters Township Fire Department's grant receipt of the new thermal imaging camera on Rescue 64.

Firefighters enjoyed light refreshments and, of course, delicious grub from Firehouse Subs

The eatery opened last September and proudly displays local PTFD decor—including a mural featuring the Peters Township arrowhead symbol and a Rescue 64 firetruck. Additional artifacts and photos of well-known area fire scenes and firefighters adorn the red and white walls.

Steelers' wide receiver Antonio Brown kicked off the restaurant's grand opening last year.
