Peters Patch friends: McMurray Elementary School needs your help!

The school is vying for a chance to win $6,000 in fitness gear from Giant Eagle Apples for Students program—and it needs as many "likes" on Facebook as possible.

The competition is tough, with more than 100 schools participating. But as of Monday, McMurray Elementary's photo had more than 460 "likes."

All you have to do is visit the Giant Eagle Apples for Students facebook page and "like" the photo of McMurray Elementary School.
