McMurray Man Arrested for Making Threats

William Luzier is in the Washington County Jail on $50,000 bond.

 

Peters police charged a McMurray man with aggravated assault (criminal attempt) and aggravated assault on Sunday—both felonies.

Police also charged William Luzier, 51, who lists a McMurray address, with making terroristic threats and indecent assault against the police.

He was arraigned before district Judge Larry Hopkins Sunday and remanded to the Washington County Jail on $50,000 bond.

His preliminary hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 8 before district Judge James Ellis.
