Peters Man Jailed for Loitering at Night, Disorderly Conduct
John McCarey was remanded to the Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.
A Peters Township man is in Washington County Jail on charges of loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Peters police said the charges against John McCarey, 22, stem from an attempted break-in of a structure in the 200 block of McCombs Road Wednesday.
Police said that McCarey was discovered with a pocket knife and an Airsoft pistol.
Damage in the amount of $1,500 was reported to the door of the structure he allegedly attempted to enter.
McCarey was arraigned before district Judge Curtis Thompson, who remanded him to the Washington County Jail after being unable to post a $25,000 bond.
Online court records did not list when McCarey's preliminary hearing would be held.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA what an idiot. He's a manager at gillece. Years ago he held someone at gunpoint and stole a car and was a drug addict. Gillece sure hires quality people. "Background checked, criminal free" indeed. I guess being a criminal is okay as long as you're banging the owners daughter right?
