These classes are designed to bring balance to the Chakras (the 7 main energy centers of the body) through the use of traditional Hatha yoga poses and specific sets of Kundalini exercises (known as Kriyas), mantras, and meditations to target and open each chakra. The Chakras act as the main distribution centers for the pranic or vital energy of the body. If they are partially or fully closed, we experience aches, pains, stress and illness. Each class will focus on a different Chakra to re-open it and bring the body, mind, and spirit back into balance allowing the body to heal and leaving you with a feeling of well-being. So if you frequently feel you are running low on energy. Or you are easily stressed out over little things. Or you can’t get rid of those bothersome aches and pains or a foggy mind. This class can help balance the energy flow in the body and in turn put you back into control of your health. This is a fun, energizing class for all levels of yoga. $84 for 7 weeks. $15 walk-in.

More About Stephen Szabo Salon
Stephen Szabo Salon, off of Washington Road, is the first location of the McMurray-native salon group and is located near the intersection of Valley Brook Road. This salon has been cutting hair for over 30 years and it presents a beautiful Mediteranean-style oasis off of the main road. Stephen Szabo Salon's entrance is located in the back of the building next to the romanesque fountain built into the landscaping. Inside the open-skylit salon, Stephen Szabo Salon is fully equipped with a staff of professional stylists and sells a range of high end salon products.
