I loved this story! Made my day!

Made my day, too, and think what it did for Kevin's day!

So confusing how society can recognize the beauty of these innocent and loving human beings and yet, 92% are aborted when their parents discover they are having a Down's Syndrome baby. Don't get it at all.

Way to be a downer Regina.
Regina W February 17, 2014 at 11:01 PM
I don't mean to be a downer, it is a beautiful story just wonder why society rejects them before they are born and loves them so much after they are here. Doesn't make sense.

amen Regina

What a nice story. And I'd like to thank Regina. I assume she has adopted several babies with down syndrome.
Regina W February 18, 2014 at 10:30 AM
Down's are never available to be adopted, that's the point!! They are usually not given the chance to be born.
Stop the madness February 18, 2014 at 12:58 PM
Regina don't worry about haters like Ryan. He's part of the problem, not the solution.
Betsy Ross February 18, 2014 at 02:02 PM
Wow, such a kind uplifting story and some adults decide to use the comments section for there own narcissistic agendas. SMH. I thought this was a story to celebrate Kevin and his new journey supported by the 76ers, NOT the Regina soap box show!! Ignorant!
Stop the madness February 18, 2014 at 02:13 PM
Betsy, you and Ryan should meet. Maybe at the next Obama fundraiser. Another self absorbed ignorant progressive.
Betsy Ross February 18, 2014 at 05:10 PM
Of course you would comment not about Kevin's positive story, but instead, with labels and personal judgements and negative remarks about fellow commenters. You made my point perfectly! Thanks :)
Nitrogirl February 18, 2014 at 09:12 PM
It's wonderful for Kevin! Now, the last I heard, deciding to have any child is a woman's CHOICE. You choose for you and I choose for me. You all have no problem telling other women what to do but aren't the ones bearing responsibility or providing support. Put up or shut up.
Regina W February 18, 2014 at 10:09 PM
Betsy, I don't have an agenda, just commenting as this IS the comment section. You chastise others for "negative remarks.." and yet you remark that I am on a "soap box" which is quite a "negative remark." If I did have an agenda it would be to love each other more.
Betsy Ross February 18, 2014 at 10:38 PM
Once again, the comments section is about KEVINS story, not about you Regina. SMH
Regina W February 19, 2014 at 09:43 AM
You just don't like my comments but ultimately they were about Kevin.
Betsy Ross February 19, 2014 at 10:27 AM
Pretentious, assumed and untrue, but if you'd like to lobby for education on the joy and blessings that come with the parenting of children with Down Syndrome, please go to NDSA. They would appreciate all of the support and public awareness.
Regina W February 19, 2014 at 02:04 PM
I already do all of those things. Public awareness is the most essential aspect of defending Down Syndrome.
Betsy Ross February 19, 2014 at 02:16 PM
:) So true!
