Fore! Rolling Hills Hosts 22nd Annual Fire Department Outing

Proceeds will go toward the purchase of a new fire safety house.

There's still time to join in on today's scramble event at . From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., golfers will hit the course to benefit the purchase of a new fire safety house for the Peters Township Fire Department.

Event coordinator and volunteer firefighter of 11 years, Greg Nardine said he always looks forward to the outing because it brings many community faces together for a great day of fun.

The fire safety house is a mobile training center that travels to local schools and events (community day) to train both children and adults on fire and smoke behavior, he said.
