Why go?: KenKarta: Battle of the Onoxmon, a novel written by local author Alison Kartevold, with and for her daughters, is making its national debut. Join us to help celebrate this momentous event with free food, prizes, entertainment and music! Check out our recent on the book's story and Kartevold's inspiration. Why go?: The first concert of May will be an awesome night for bluegrass and fans of all music in the community! The band Backroads Bluegrass will perform.

Why Go?: The women of St. Benedict's are hosting their annual Arts & Crafts Fair! There will be 60 vendors with jewelry, floral arrangements, woodworking and more! There will also be 50/50 and basket raffles. Hot and cold foods, drinks and desserts will be available to purchase.

Why Go: Bring the kids to compete in this exciting tournament while you cheer them on! Arrive early to register. Take a look back at our highlighting a previous tournament.

Why Go?: There is plenty to do at this year’s Relay For Life. There will be live bands, games, family-style entertainment and refreshments. Teams will decorate their respective sites around the stadium track using this year’s “board game” theme. Registration for the cancer survivor's dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. Call Dee Patricia at 724-941-0131 to register. The Relay For Life Survivors Ceremony and Lap will be held at 8:30 p.m., followed by the Luminaria Ceremony at 9 p.m. to honor cancer survivors and remember those who lost the battle against cancer.
