Why go?: Teens and young-at-heart adults may join Nancy Griffin, a certified trainer, for a fun hoop dance workout that burns 420 calories an hour! Listen to your favorite pop tunes and sculpt your arms without ever lifting a free weight. Hula hoops will be provided. Teens must pre-register by getting a parent’s signature on to participate.

Why Go: Join the McMurray Rotary for a community health fair offering multi-phase blood tests and a variety of other lab tests. There will also be a Chinese Auction, 50/50 raffle and give-away items.
Pricing: The booths and events are free, however, if blood tests are done there will be a cost.

Why Go?: Celebrate Mother's Day at Trax Farms! You and mom will enjoy a relaxing afternoon with some soothing teas and savory sweet treats. There will be many tea varieties, tea sandwiches, tea breads with spread, scones with jam and cream, a selection of mini desserts and fruit garnish. Also, don't miss the flower raffle!
