Why Go?: Canonsburg Hospital will offer a HealthCare Provider with AED Class on Jan. 14 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m in the McNary Conference Center. The class includes Basic Life Support and is an intensive, one-day program specifically designed for physicians, nurses, day-care workers, lifeguards and others whose jobs may require rescue breathing during a medical emergency. The class also includes CPR for all ages, AED (automatic external defibrillator) training and relief of foreign body airway obstruction. TheatreworksUSA's live stage performance of “Charlotte’s Web” by Joseph Robinette has toured across the country since the fall of 1993 and is based on the Newbery Medal-winning book by E. B. White of the same name. The stage performance follows White's classic story of a pig named Wilbur who is saved from the slaughterhouse by a gifted little barn spider named Charlotte. This treasured tale, featuring madcap and endearing farm animals, explores bravery, selfless love and the true meaning of friendship.

This cook-off supports the Youth Ministry Mission Trip, which grew to 50 people this past summer. The church is also seeking gift baskets for a Chinese auction. If you are able to donate one or two, your contribution will be greatly appreciated.
