GO Green Club Planning for Earth Day, Summer

The club is scheduled to meet Monday.

Planning for upcoming activities is the first thing on GO Green Club's agenda Monday. The club is scheduled to meet at at 7 p.m. on the second floor in the Conference Room. 

Library Director Pier Lee said she is thrilled for the club's plans in 2012.

Two major activities are under way—Earth Day and a "Green Camp for Kids."

The club is seeking volunteers.

On Earth Day—Sunday, April 22—the club will be offering an afternoon of "green" activities for children and adults.

During the week of June 11-16, the club plans to hold a "Green Camp for Kids" with speakers and activities.
