Learn to Use Essential Oils in Everyday Cooking

Explore the art of aromatherapy and essential oils with a twist by learning how to incorporate these oils into everyday cooking at the Peters Township Public Library.

The event will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, when Ruthi Bosco, co-author of "Everyday Cooking with Essential Oils," will prepare delicious food samples using wild orange and basil essential oils.

Bosco is an independent product consultant for doTERRA International. Her passion for essential oils, in the past two years, has led her to co-author the cookbook, which includes 150 recipes including appetizers and desserts utilizing 17 different essential oils.
