WDVE's Val Porter said she was spotted Monday afternoon near Valley Brook Road and Route 19—close to a gravel lot by the trail.
Over the weekend, Porter posted on her Facebook page that the pup was also spotted Saturday at 7:30 p.m. running across Fife Farm on Thompsonville Road. Bella belongs to Porter's sister-in-law, according to Facebook.
