Brooke Annibale Full Band Concert

Rising Star and Independent Recording Artist, Brooke Annibale is returning to DMH for a solo concert with a full acoustic performance band, featuring Pgh renown Anthony Rankin on guitar. Brooke will be highliting songs from her just released CD, “Silence Worth Breaking”, which is getting rave reviews from most major Pittsburgh media sources.

“Silence Worth Breaking” is a lush, polished, major-label-sounding neo-folk record in the spirit of a Sarah McLachlan or Beth Orton. Ms. Annibale has written tenderly about love (mostly) and delivers the songs with hushed bedroom intimacy and gorgeous vocal range. - Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Also on the bill is Maura Jensen, from Baltimore, MD.
Maura is a singer/songwriter with an amazing voice. If Shania Twain, Sheryl Crow, and Norah Jones harmonized camp songs in the car on the way to the beach, after an intense spiritual conversation on a swingset… it might sound like singer-songwriter Maura Jensen. http://www.maurajensen.com/
