David's Music House - Special Music Event: Kawehi Acoustic Performance

This is a last minute “GEM” coming to the Coffee House Stage. Kawehi is an amazing singer/songwriter from Honolulu, Hawaii. Kawehi is touring the Eastern U. S. and coming through Pittsburgh, heard about David’s Music House and needed to fill a last minute date.

We are truly the winners as Kawehi is an amazing guitar/singer/songwriter of the Pop/Rock genre’s but also incorporates the Hawaiian sound into her songs naturally. She blends in a bit of ukulele as well.

BIO: From Originals to covers, mash-ups to traditional hawaiian music, Hawaii born Singer/songwriter Kawehi knows no limits. With influences like The Beatles, Shawn Colvin and Bonnie Raitt, Kawehi’s first full-length album, Songs From My Apartment brings out the best of Rock, Pop, Bluesy Folk and a little bit of Hawaiian sunshine with her ‘Ukulele. She has played many festivals, conferences and Colleges throughout the U.S. She’s toured through New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, Hawaii, Washington, Iowa, Georgia, West Virginia and Oklahoma – and more to follow. Her song and music video, Girl Gone Good, from her upcoming EP was featured on Fuse TV and has received tens of thousands of views on YouTube.
