The National Weather Service in Moon issued a severe thunderstorm warning for eastern Washington County and southern Allegheny County Tuesday afternoon until 5 p.m.
This storm is capable of producing hail up to the size of quarters and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph.
The storm is also producing torrential rain. A flood advisory is in effect in Washington County until 8 p.m.
