Outpatient Care Center to Host Diabetic Education Classes
The four classes are free of charge to diabetics and their families.
Diabetic Education classes will be held at the in Peters Township from 1-2:30 p.m. during the month of February.
The classes are as follows:
- Feb. 7—Introduction to Diabetes/Monitoring and Managing Your Diabetes
- Feb. 14—Diet Management of Diabetes/Benefits of Exercise
- Feb. 21—Medications of Diabetes/Insulin Pumps
- Feb. 28—Preventing Eye Complications/Foot Care
Canonsburg General Hospital officials said they hope to unite people who are coping with diabetes and to share information.
