The purpose for this blog is simple: to educate potential property buyers and sellers. How will I choose my topics? I will gladly take questions from anybody. I will also discuss different situations I have been through in the past or something that just recently happened. I will also discuss "how-to" type situations that come up in a transaction.
I would like to explain some of the alphabet soup after my name (Realtor, GRI, e-PRO, CRS Candidate for RE/MAX Advanced, REALTORS). They are actually called designations and are quite valuable to the agent and potential clients as they are earned by attending classes and taking a test!
