Monthly Wine Dinner
Each month, Capstone Grill features a five course meal paired with five wines. This month's menu includes:
- 1st Course: Macadamia Nut Crusted Hawaiian Onaga Snapper with Vegetable Slaw & Mango Burre Blanc
- 2nd Course: Buckwheat Soba Noodles with Crispy Duck & A Sweet Soy Glaze
- 3rd Course: Cos Lettuce Chop Salad with White Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 4th Course: Kona Coffee & Sugar Crusted Beef Filet with Green Onion & Ginger Butter, served with Sweet Potato Fries
- 5th Course: Pineapple Upside Down Cake with Passion Fruit Puree & Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
