The three sandwiches, all served on croissants, are The “Walter,” a specialty chicken salad, Ham & Cheese and Turkey & Cheese—don’t let the names fool you, they're all made with tasty, surprising ingredients.

Martin isn’t revealing her secrets; however, we do know The “Walter” is made with an avocado spread and bacon.

“My husband doesn’t even like avocados and he thought the sandwich was delicious,” said employee Kathy Glasler. “They’re all delicious.”

Taste isn’t the only thing, size matters too—am I right?

Glasler said she had trouble finishing the sandwich.

"My biggest compliment yesterday was when a customer said 'I'm so full, but I'm having another'," said Martin.

The Farmhouse employees noted that the newest menu items are prepared and for sale by store-opening hours. That being said, customers are purchasing the sandwiches and toting them to work for lunch.

They’ve also seen the lunch hour pick up.

Not only is the sandwich getting rave reviews, but there's meaning behind the facade. Martin named the sandwich after a talented chef—her brother, Walter.

“Oh my! The combination of whatever is on here is delicious,” said customer Tracy, after tasting The “Walter.” “The croissant is amazing, it’s just so light.”

Price is worth your while. The "Walter" sells for $4.99; Ham & Cheese and Turkey & Cheese are $3.99.
