Why Go: In honor of the upcoming curriculum study on the country of Japan in May, Mrs. Neil (Grade 2 Parent Coordinator), Mr. Karp (Grade 2 Team Facilitator) and Mrs. Bodnar (Grade 2 Teacher) have planned a wonderful way to share the Japanese food customs and sense of community. They have planned an opportunity for the families to eat at Hibachi Japan in McMurray with seating times from 12-2 p.m. and 2-4 p.m. on Sunday. Separate checks will be given to you and Hibachi Japan has agreed to donate 1 percent to the Bower Hill Relay for Life Team, the national Cancer Awareness donation society. The full menu and additional collection boxes will be available for this worthwhile cause if you wish to donate more. Reservations required. Ask for TJ or AJ, and mention you are from Bower Hill Elementary.
