Popular Local Golf Center Suddenly Closes

The Bethel Park facility is tentatively scheduled to reopen in April.

As golf season is teeing off in the area, a popular golf center is closed—for now.

Senior management of Cool Springs Golf & Family Recreation in Bethel Park met with some of the employees on Monday to tell them the center is closed until—tentatively—April 15, according to Bob Salera, the head professional and director of instruction at Cool Springs Golf School.

Salera said this is the first time Cool Springs has closed since he started working at the facility in 1997.
