Return Policies For Those Unwanted Gifts

Stores will be swamped with returns after Christmas.

Christmas is over and traffic at the stores will die down, right?

Time for all of those unwanted holiday gifts to get returned.

To make your life a little bit easier, here are the return policies for some of our area's largest retailers:

Macy's items can be returned at any location. If you have a voucher, you can return items in original form at any time. If you don't have a proof of purchase, you can get store credit at the item's lowest selling price within the last 180 days. Click here for more information.

Walmart has changed its policy to accommodate the holiday shoppers. If there is a limited number of days an item can be returned such as with TVs and computers, if the item was bought between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24 the return period will begin on Dec. 26. Click here for the full return policy Walmart.
