FREE CLASS!! Yes we said it. FREE CLASS!! Not just one but two free class options this weekend at Maitri Yoga Studio.
This Saturday November 16th our owner Taylee will be teaching a complimentary Beginner Yoga Class from 11am to 12:15pm - Non Heated. If you are new to yoga or want to break down your poses to deepen your practice join us!
The second FREE CLASS is Sunday November 17th from 6pm to 7:15pm with our teacher Jessica. This will be an all levels heated yoga class and will be Jessica's first class with Maitri Yoga Studio! We want to give her the warmest welcome possible so tell your friends and hope to see everyone there!
