Community Update

I bought a sectional couch for thousands of dollars 2 and a half months ago. And the center piece is 6 inches lower than the side pieces. There is a huge bump where you sit and I can not lay on it because it not fit where you sit because ther is a huge hard bump where the sections meet and it digs in my ribs if you try to lie on it. We have called at least 6 to 8 times over the past 2 months and I have gone back personally to ask for a solution but are at wits end. This sectional pieces came weeks apart and do not match. They said they are from China and no one calls us back. We are VERY VERY unhappy. The sales lady just told us that she can not guarantee that future pieces in this sectional will not match. What ?????? We will persist and are determined to get satisfaction but I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere. Why fight after you have spent so much and get headaches and no return phone calls when there is a problem.
