Former Peters Massage Parlor Employee Admitted to ARD Program

Jianhua "LiLi" Li was admitted to the 12-month Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program by Washington County Judge Paul Pozonsky.

She Mei Ma, 44, of Aspinwall, and Jianhua “Lili” Li, 47, of Flushing, N.Y., by Washington County detectives, accused of making unsolicited contact with the genitals of two undercover detectives. 

The Almanac reports Li was admitted to the first-time offenders program Dec. 14 on charges of prostitution and indecent assault.

Each women were charged with prostitution from an operation at the Golden Phoenix Chinese Massage parlor, located in Ace Plaza on Route 19.

In July, District Attorney Steven Toprani's office from a neighboring business owner of suspect activity at the massage parlor.

According to The Almanac, County Detective Don Greer and Washington County Chief Detective Michael Aaron were assigned to visit the parlor, receiving massages from Li.

In August, Greer and Aaron, who said he also hired Li for massages during two visits, both testified before .

According to the men, a sign posted in the parlor said the cost of the hourlong massage was $60, but Li told them they were getting a $40 special for first-time customers, the paper reports.

"Both detectives testified they were told to disrobe for the hour-long massage, which began with the men lying on their stomachs, partially covered. At some point during the massage, the covering was removed, and they were told to roll over onto their backs. From there, the massage continued and ended with both women allegedly touching the men's genitals."
