Peters Library Launches Adult Summer Reading Challenge

Read 10 library books between now and Sept. 3 and you could win an eReader, a massage or a stainless steel outdoor fire pit!

Yes—summer is busy, but that's no excuse not to enjoy some you-time and open a book...or 10. If you commit to the library's challenge, you could win!

As an incentive to keep adults reading during the summer, the is offering a new summer reading challenge for library patrons ages 18 and up. 

Read 10 library books between now and Saturday, Sept. 3 and you could be eligible to win a first, second or third prize, which include a PanDigital eReader, a half-hour massage (given to two winners) or a stainless steel outdoor fire pit.

Patrons can pick up a book log at the circulation desk, or click here, to keep an organized list of books they are reading—fiction, nonfiction, print or audio books from the adult or young adult collection. 

The first 20 people to turn in a completed book log will receive a free T-shirt.
