Peters Massage Parlor Workers Jailed for Prostitution

She Mei Ma, 44, of Aspinwall, and Jianhua “Lili” Li, 47, of Flushing, N.Y., were arrested Thursday afternoon by Washington County detectives. 

Each women are charged with prostitution from an operation at the Golden Phoenix Chinese Massage parlor, located on Washington Road.

Court documents show both women were arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller and placed in Washington County Jail on a $50,000 bond.

According to the Observer-Reporter, Washington County District Attorney Steven Toprani said investigators learned of the activity earlier this month from workers in a neighboring business who was concerned about suspicious activity.
