The Whole Grain Truth to Be Told at Sunny Bridge

Saturday's seminar focuses on the health benefits of whole grains and food labeling.

Aileen Magnatto, of MagNoodles, makers of organic whole grain pastas, will speak to parents and children at in Peters Town Center Saturday at 12 p.m.

Magnatto will teach your children the benefits of whole grains and how to recognize products made with them. She will help you understand how to choose the healthiest foods by explaining food labeling and what to look for.

Whole grains are an essential part of a healthy diet for people who have not been diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity, according to a release.
