Trick-or-Treat Time Set for Peters
The fun is scheduled for Halloween night—Monday, Oct. 31.
Peters kids can dress in costume and head out into neighborhoods Monday, Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m. for trick-or-treating.
Chief Harry Fruecht said each year the department passes out flashers, which pin to children's costumes, to ensure safety while trick-or-treating at night.
"Most of the flashers have been passed out," he said. "But all will be distrubuted prior to Halloween."
