My personal favorite, a taco salad with hot sauce added on top for an extra kick.

However, if you're mouth can't take too much spicy food then be careful with the hot sauce—it's not for beginners. They bring you chips and salsa to eat while waiting for your meal and these are not just your regular chips and salsa—they put regular chips to shame.  

They also have options where you can get burritos or tacos on the side with your meal just by themselves, which is perfect if you want a taco salad with a taco on the side.
