Voter Registration and Republican Candidate Petitions, Saturday 2/22

On Saturday 2/22, from noon to 4pm, the Peters Township Republicans will have a petition signing event at Rolling Hills Country Club.
The Teen Republicans will be joining with the local Republican committee to help sign up voters across the towship. It's the ideal time and a good idea to update your information a couple months before the May 20 primaries.
Experienced volunteers like Rachel, Carys, Evan and the team will be at Rolling Hills Country Club to greet and help you register to vote.
Case1:If you have just turned 18 recently, it's time to sign up. Rachel and her group have been volunteering their lunch hour to sign up new voters at Peters Township High School Wednesday-Thursday-Friday this week. If you didn't get a chance at school, Saturday afternoon is the time to get this done.
Case2:If you're over 18 and you're new to the area,
Case3: Sometimes women get married and start a family but have not yet changed their maiden name to match their married name. This is a good event to correct this.
Keep in mind than when names don't match up on the voter lists, it could take you more time at the polls for election officials to verify your registration.
Who can register to vote? US Citizens residents of Pennsylvania over the age of 18.
Who can sign candidate petitions? Registered Republican voters from Peters Twp.

Remember! The right to vote is a privilege and is imperative for a free and open society. Our well-being, lifestyle and livelihood are directly affected by how we decide to vote, and our vote must reflect the best of what we have to offer as individual voters.
