Chakra Balancing Yoga

These classes are designed to bring balance to the Chakras (the 7 main energy centers of the body) through the use of traditional Hatha yoga poses and specific sets of Kundalini exercises (known as Kriyas), mantras, and meditations to target and open each chakra. The Chakras act as the main distribution centers for the pranic or vital energy of the body. If they are partially or fully closed, we experience aches, pains, stress and illness. Each class will focus on a different Chakra to re-open it and bring the body, mind, and spirit back into balance allowing the body to heal and leaving you with a feeling of well-being. So if you frequently feel you are running low on energy. Or you are easily stressed out over little things. Or you can’t get rid of those bothersome aches and pains or a foggy mind. This class can help balance the energy flow in the body and in turn put you back into control of your health. This is a fun, energizing class for all levels of yoga.
