- LATE REGISTRATION IS EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 3 – 28, 2013, AND WILL BE CONDUCTED ON-LINE ONLY**
- REGISTRATION CLOSES AS OF MIDNIGHT FEBRUARY 28, 2013
*There will be a minimal fee for processing on-line registrations
