Crashed Car in Cecil Belongs to Missing Baldwin Woman

Police have partitioned off Gladden Road at state Route 980 in Cecil.

 confirmed to reporters that a car that crashed on Gladden Road in the township belongs to missing Baldwin woman Karissa Kunco.

Police said nobody was in the vehicle when it was found crashed Thursday morning, and declined to give further description of the contents of the car.

Gladden Road was partitioned off near its intersection with state Route 980, and at least Canonsburg and Cecil responded.

A police official told reporters that state police and forensic specialists were called to the scene.

The  are looking for Kunco, 21, who has been reported as missing as of 5:30 on Wednesday afternoon, according to a report from WTAE.

Police believe that Kunco—a 5-foot-2, 160-pound white woman with brown hair and green eyes—may be in the area of Washington County and that she may be with Jordan Alexander Clemons—a 5-foot-10, 165-pound black man with light skin and freckles.

Kunco has a tattoo near her collarbone of some sort of writing, according to a friend. Kunco grew up in Pittsburgh's Brookline neighborhood.

Police report that Clemons, 22, frequents the  area. He lists his hometown as Mt. Washington on his Facebook page. He has not been charged with abducting Kunco but he was charged with simple assault against her on Dec. 18.

In addition, Canonsburg police on Thursday issued a warrant for his arrest on a felony count each of burglary and robbery, as well as simple assault and theft, according to online court dockets.

The Observer-Reporter in Washington reports that the charges stem from an alleged break-in on Tannehill Street.
