Gas Line Hit, Delays Expected at E. McMurray and S. Center Church Road
PennDOT said to expect delays in the area for the next few hours.
Contractors working on the intersection of E. McMurray Rd. and S. Center Church Road in Peters Township hit a 6-inch Columbia Gas line as they were installing traffic signals, according to the state Department of Transportation.
While repairs are being made, traffic delays may occur on E. McMurray Rd. Columbia Gas is predicting that the repair will take threee to six hours, PennDOT officials said.
