Man Tries to Retrieve His Drugs from Peters Police

A Mt. Oliver man left a black bag full of drug paraphernalia at the McMurray Giant Eagle Tuesday. He tried to retrieve the bag from police, then was arrested.

The Observer-Reporter is reporting that a Mt. Oliver man is in Washington County Jail following his arrest by  Tuesday. 

Joseph Moody, 31, left a black bag full of drug paraphernalia at the McMurray , the newspaper reports.

According to the O-R, a Giant Eagle employee turned it in to Peters police.

Moody went to the station to retrieve the drugs, where he was arrested and taken to Washington County Jail, the paper reports. 

He was placed in jail on a probation detainer for a previous criminal conviction, according to the Washington County Jail website.
