WTAE-TV reported on its noon newscast that James Greer was found.
Greer, of Peters Township, was reportedly found safe outside of his car in the rain in South Strabane. He was brought to a hospital.
The Observer Reporter reports that Greer was spotted at about 11:30 a.m. by employees of RSC Equipment Rental at the back of the company property on Manifold Road. Greer was able to tell police his name and date of birth but did not recall how he got there.
