Damon's Grill & Sports Bar was robbed March 26.

Police are investigating a restaurant robbery that occurred just before midnight Saturday.

Peters police responded to a 911 call from on Route 19. A man wearing dark clothing and a black ski mask entered the restaurant from the rear door, confronted the manager and stole an accordion folder off of the floor with money enclosed, Peters Police Chief Harry Fruecht said.

The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction prior to police arriving, he said.
