Councilman Robert Lewis was voted to replace Robert Atkison as chairman by a unanimous vote. Councilman Gary J. Stiegel, Jr. was voted to replace councilwoman Monica Merrell, filling the vice chairman seat.
Atkison and Lewis were sworn in by for a new term.
