Pennsylvania residents can now order duplicate non-commercial driver's licenses or photo identification cards online if theirs are lost or stolen.

No additional fees are charged for online transactions. A customer applying for a duplicate license or photo ID card online must provide his or her driver's license or ID card number, last four digits of his or her Social Security number, and his or her date of birth in order to complete the transaction.

A $13.50 fee for the duplicate driver's license or photo ID card will be charged to the customer's credit card for the new product. The fee for a duplicate driver's license with a class M (motorcycle) is $18.50.

Customers applying for duplicate driver's licenses online can print temporary Internet copies of their licenses to use until their new photo licenses arrive in the mail. The temporary licenses are valid for 15 days.

Driver and vehicle online services are available 24 hours per day and seven days per week and include:

  • Driver's licenses
  • Photo IDs
