Need to Recycle Your Christmas Tree? Here's How!

Trees can be recycled through the township.

Looking to recycle your Christmas trees now that the holidays are over?

If so, Peters residents need only drop off their trees at the baseball field parking lot in Peterswood Park anytime through Feb.

The township's public works deptartment will process the trees through a chipper and turn them into pine mulch.

That mulch will be available at no cost to residents on a first-come-first served basis beginning Feb. 4.

Trees may also be placed curbside for trash pickup on your normal pickup day.
