Peters Board: Speeding a Problem at Peterswood Park

Council came up with a temporary solution for speeding vehicles in the park on Monday night.

Temporary and portable speed humps will soon appear in Peterswood Park.

The Peters Township Parks and Recreation Board feels there is a speeding problem in the park and alerted the Peters Township Council.

Council approved the purchase of the speed humps on Monday night. They're a quick and relatively inexpensive solution to the reported speeding problem.

Parkgoers can expect to see the speed humps soon, according to township Manager Michael Silvestri.
