Elections Director Instructs 'How to Vote'

Just in time for the Pennsylvania General Election on Nov. 8, the will host “How to Vote” presented by Larry Spahr, director of the Washington County Registration and Election Office.

The program will be held on Tuesday 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Meeting Room on the first floor of the library.

The evening will be devoted to voting and the election process. 

Spahr will provide a hands-on demonstration of electronic voting equipment and answer all questions about the registration process. Registration forms will also be made available to all interested parties.
