Prudential Preferred Realty completes Buffini & Company’s Peak Producers® training program with tremendous results

Peters Township, PA January 2, 2014 – Prudential Preferred Realty is pleased to announce that 10 of their Peters Township real estate agents recently completed the Peak Producers training program, a comprehensive, 12-week business development course. This program helps agents at any level of production or experience develop the habits, attitude and advanced skills of top producers in this industry. The agents are Sharon Fincham, Tara Mruk, Rich Dallas, Joanne Bates, Sarah Burgan, Stacy Romanias, Liz White, Amy Gibbs, Magen Bedillion and Debi Gallagher.

Facilitated by Linda Carnevali at Prudential Preferred Realty, this program teaches them how to provide exceptional customer service that is personalized to their clients’ needs and communication styles so that they create advocates for their business who are happy to refer them. Students also learn to professionally navigate price reductions, negotiate at an advanced level, effectively manage their time, earn a consistent income and build a predictable business.

Peak Producers graduates report generating more referred leads, an increased number of closed transactions and higher-quality client relationships. By practicing and applying what they learned throughout this course, the agents created over $16 Million Dollars in transactions in just 12 weeks.

Peak Producers was developed by industry expert Brian Buffini and top producer Joe Niego of Buffini & Company, the largest training & Coaching company in North America.
