Laughter for Your Health Workshop
Julie Ann Sullivan, a Certified Laughter Leader, will teach a class on using laughter to relieve stress, power up your immune system and have fun. Julie Ann Sullivan leads this workshop by sharing her knowledge on how participants can learn to create true mirthful laughter from within. Each attendee will learn the ability and value of creating spontaneous laughter, the 14 benefits of “Laughing Out Loud”, and the “Good Hearted Living©” principles-ways to carry a joyful life into every day of the week.
This workshop is not about humor and jokes. It is based on the principles that laughter is a physical exercise that relieves stress, builds a stronger immune system, increases attentiveness and creates a better mood.
