Five Things You Need to Know This Week

Peters Township School District meets this week—see what else is happening.

It's a busy week. Here are five things you need to know this week:

1. Peters Township School Board will hold its regular voting meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday—today, March 18—at the district administrative building.

2. The Peters Township Public Library will be hosting a teen T-shirt recycling recycling party from 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. in the Teen Reading Room. "We will be making all kinds of fun things using old t-shirts! Don’t have a t-shirt you can part with? We have plenty you can use!" the website indicates.

3. The Peters Township Middle School student-faculty basketball game will be hosted at 7 p.m. Thursday at PTMS.

4. The Peters Township High School will host its annual musical, "Fiddler on the Roof" Thursday, Friday and Saturday. All shows begin at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Adult tickets are $10, while tickets for students/seniors are $5. For more information, click here.

5. Peters Township will hold its annual Bunny Hop at 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday. The fee to participate will be $5 for residents and $7 for nonresidents (the fee is per-child ages 2 and older). Pre-registration is suggested, and can be accomplished by clicking here.
