Kennywood Ticket Sale Dates Announced for Peters Township School District

Now that we are in the waning months of the 2012-13 academic year, the Peters Township School District's annual Kennywood Day is quickly approaching.

This year the date for the school picnic is June 18.

Representatives from Kennywood will be in the district on Thursday for
parents and students to purchase passes. They cost $24 each.

All purchases must be cash or money order only. No checks are accepted.

Here is a breakdown of what time the representatives will be at each school:

• Peters Township High School - 9:45 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Peters Township Middle School - 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
• McMurray Elementary - 11:15 a.m. - 1:45 p.m.
• Bower Hill Elementary - 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Pleasant Valley Elementary - 11:45 a.m. - 1 p.m.
