Lynn Swann Presents Check to Peters Township High School

The check presentation was celebrated on Wednesday.

Pittsburgh Steelers Hall of Famer and Pittsburgh Power owner Lynn Swann presented Peters Township High School with a $5,000 check Wednesday for winning the TribLive Lip Dub Contest.

Earning more than 30,000 votes online, the school won the competition by a landslide.

The PTHS media department and video club entered the school spirit contest. The students were challenged to create a lib-dub video using one of a list of songs selected by TribLive—they chose "Firework," by Katy Perry. The video also had to be filmed in one continuous shot.
